- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds (plus extra for topping)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) low-sodium cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, and half the poppy seeds until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with remaining poppy seeds.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
