Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (your choice of flavor)
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and protein powder until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before enjoying!
