Instructions

- In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk until frothy.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Lightly grease the waffle iron if needed and pour in enough batter to fill without overflowing.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes.
