Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over half of the dough; layer pepperoni on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold the dough over itself like a taco and cut into squares or strips.
- Grease a baking dish and stack the pieces vertically, ensuring they are snug but not squished.
- Brush generously with garlic butter before baking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
