- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 4 sturdy brioche buns
Instructions
- Season the chuck roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the roast on all sides until browned (about 4 minutes per side).
- Add sliced onions and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour beef broth over the meat and coat with BBQ sauce.
- Cover and slow cook on low for about 8 hours or until beef shreds easily.
- Remove the beef, shred using forks, mix back into the sauce, and serve on brioche buns.
