- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, ranch dressing mix, and grated Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
