- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing mix and olive oil until smooth.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then generously coat with the ranch mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the top before serving.
