- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the red snapper fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the fish and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, parsley, and thyme; spread evenly over the fillets.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and zest some lemon peel on top for added brightness.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and place the fillets skin-side down. Cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the fillets with a spatula and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until opaque and flaky.
