- 12 slider buns
- 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup drained sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each slider bun in half and place them in a baking dish.
- Spread dressing on the bottom half of each bun.
- Layer with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
- Place the top halves back on and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
