- 6 cups rice cereal
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by greasing a baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling gently. Stir in the mini marshmallows until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly fold in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, pressing down gently with a spatula or wax paper.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
