- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools: a large mixing bowl, saucepan, and spatula.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and press down evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
