  • 4 hoagie rolls or crusty baguettes
  • 1 cup au jus (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and warm the rolls for added crunch.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onions until golden brown (about 15 minutes).
  3. In another skillet, gently heat the roast beef over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
