Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving if desired.
