- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any wilted leaves.
- In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic until well-coated.
- Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender-crisp, shaking halfway through.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the hot sprouts immediately after removing them from the oven.
- Toss gently before serving warm.
