Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until tender with crispy edges.
- In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle fresh herbs over the carrots for added flavor.
