Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper over the salmon. Add lemon zest for extra flavor.
- Generously sprinkle chopped fresh herbs on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
