  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the salmon fillets by steaming or baking until flaky (about 15 minutes). Let cool slightly.
  2. Flake the cooled salmon in a large bowl and mix in breadcrumbs, eggs, green onions, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties (about ¼ cup each) and shape them to be about 1 inch thick.
