Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon zest, and black pepper.
- Marinate the salmon fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place marinated salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Let rest briefly before garnishing with fresh herbs if desired.
