- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- 3. Place salmon fillets in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
- 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- 6. Let rest for a minute before serving; pair with seasonal veggies or rice.
