- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, followed by lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top each fillet with fresh dill or parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with additional lemon juice if desired.
