- 1 lb salmon fillet (fresh or frozen)
- 8 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 green onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- If using frozen salmon, thaw completely and pat dry. Flake into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, soy sauce, chopped green onions, and flaked salmon until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with sriracha and sesame seeds, and serve warm.
