- 1 lb Italian sausage (or your choice)
- 2 large bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the bell peppers and onion, then mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausages and brown on all sides for 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in bell peppers and onions; sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Add minced garlic along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until flavors meld.
