- 1 lb sausage (spicy or mild)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together sausage, cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, green onions, garlic powder, and pepper until well-combined and slightly sticky.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet with space between each ball.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling for a few minutes before serving warm.
