  • 4 cups bread cubes (stale preferred)

  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red or green)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbly. Add chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.

  4. Fold in the cooked sausage mixture and bread cubes until well-coated.
