- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 2 cups marinara sauce (low-sugar)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (plus more for garnish)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare pasta shells by boiling water in a large pot. Cook shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff each shell with about two tablespoons of the seafood mixture; place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover dish with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with parsley. Serve warm.
