- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 8 tortillas (flour or corn)
- Assorted toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado
Instructions
- Place the boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot and evenly space them.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add minced garlic. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour salsa over the mixture to keep the chicken juicy.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer.
- Assemble tacos by filling tortillas with shredded chicken and desired toppings.
