  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 3–4 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice; mix in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture, adding parsley, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  6. Transfer to the baking dish, top with extra Parmesan, and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
