- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Your favorite toppings (avocado, salsa, cheese, cilantro)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts evenly in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth and drizzle with lime juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken inside the slow cooker with two forks.
- Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
