- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Divide beef into four equal portions (4 oz each). Place on the hot skillet and smash down firmly with a spatula until thin.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned; flip carefully and add cheese on top to melt.
- Warm taco shells in another skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by layering cooked beef patties in each shell, topping with guacamole, salsa, lettuce, and any additional toppings you desire.
