  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 large sweet onion, diced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  3. Remove chicken and add onions and garlic to the skillet; sauté until translucent.
