Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
