- Shape Pretzels: Punch down the dough, divide into equal pieces, roll into ropes (24 inches long), and twist into pretzel shapes.
- Boil Pretzels: Bring water to simmer with baking soda; boil each pretzel for 30 seconds per side before transferring to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
