- 2 green onions, chopped

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Press the firm tofu for 20 minutes to remove excess moisture. Crumble it into a large bowl until it resembles scrambled eggs.
- Mix in minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Gradually add breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together when shaped into balls (about ½ cup).
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
