- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder (adjust for heat)
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked recommended)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl; pour marinade over them and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and sear each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, and ginger powder. Drizzle over cooked chicken before serving.
