  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked recommended)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl; pour marinade over them and coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and sear each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, and ginger powder. Drizzle over cooked chicken before serving.
