Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, cover, and turn off the heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool before peeling.
  3. Slice cooled eggs in half, removing yolks into a mixing bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
