- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chili paste (sambal oelek or sriracha)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, cover, and turn off the heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5-10 minutes to cool before peeling.
- Slice cooled eggs in half, removing yolks into a mixing bowl. Combine yolks with mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pipe the filling back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
