Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until fully liquid.
- Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Fold in chopped parsley just before serving.
