  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and halve the baby potatoes, leaving the skin on for added texture.
