- 1 lb fresh tuna steak, diced
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 3 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp wasabi paste (optional)
Instructions
- Finely dice the fresh tuna into half-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil until smooth. Adjust spice level as desired.
- Gently fold in chopped green onions and wasabi paste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve on crispy wonton chips or as sushi roll filling, garnished with extra green onions and sesame seeds.
