- 1 tbsp Fresh Rosemary or Thyme, finely chopped
Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine beef cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs; mix until evenly coated.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Add seasoned beef cubes in a single layer; sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
