- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the sirloin steak into uniform bite-sized cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper; add in batches to the skillet without overcrowding. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Lower the heat slightly and add minced garlic and butter; stir gently until melted and fragrant.
- Toss to coat the steak bites in the garlic butter before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
