Instructions

- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add steak cubes in a single layer; sear for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and repeat.
- Reduce heat slightly; add butter and minced garlic, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
