Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Blend in cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients; gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- Drop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on wire racks before serving.
