- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup whole milk
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with half of the sliced strawberries and spread evenly in the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cheesecake layer, then drizzle melted butter over it.
- Pour milk evenly across the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly around the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
