Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly. Press mixture into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Dice half of the strawberries and fold them into the cheesecake filling.
- Fill each cooled cone with the cheesecake mixture, topping with remaining strawberries and optional toppings if desired.
