Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries with sugar (if using) and let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the strawberries without stirring.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly on top of the cake mix.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
