- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Grill corn cobs for about 10 minutes until charred.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili powder, and lime juice until creamy.
- Slice grilled chicken and assemble bowls with rice or lettuce as a base. Top with corn, chicken slices, creamy sauce, sliced avocado, and cilantro.
