- 16 fresh button mushrooms
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
