  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
