  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 sheet shredded seaweed (nori), cut into strips
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and Sriracha until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with additional green onions and nori strips before serving warm.
