- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz imitation crab meat, flaked
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 sheet shredded seaweed (nori), cut into strips
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, and Sriracha until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional green onions and nori strips before serving warm.
