- ½ cup Japanese mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce (to taste)
- 3 nori sheets, cut into strips
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions, about 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine seafood mix, mayonnaise, and sriracha sauce until well mixed.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread cooked rice evenly in a baking dish and layer with the seafood mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
