  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup imitation crab meat (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tempura flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. Prepare the sushi rice according to package instructions and mix in a splash of rice vinegar once cooled.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, imitation crab meat, sriracha sauce, and chopped green onions until creamy.
  4. Layer half of the sushi rice in the baking dish, followed by the crab mixture. Top with remaining sushi rice and press down gently.
